The Tucson Fire Department (TFD) is requesting proposals for a Records Management System (RMS) that meets the National Emergency Response Information System (NERIS), National Fire Incident Reporting System (NFIRS) and National Emergency Medical Services Information System (NEMSIS) reporting requirements while providing a streamlined end-user experience with robust reporting, data analytics, and Quality Assessment (QA) / Quality Improvement (QI) workflow. The system will bolster our service to the community by streamlining documentation workflow, improving data for informed decision making, supporting medical billing, and simplifying the QA/QI process.
