Conceptual Design and Cost Estimating Services For Jared Eliot Middle School W

The Town of Clinton, Connecticut and Jared Eliot Middle School Building Committee are requesting sealed qualifications and sealed proposals from qualified design professional firms to provide professional services for the development of project educational specifications for the Clinton Public School District and Clinton Board of Education, and for conceptual design and cost estimating, in connection with a project for the replacement of window walls and heating units in the Jared Eliot Middle School building located at 69 Fairy Dell Road, Clinton, Connecticut 06413, and in connection with an anticipated school building project grant from the State of Connecticut through the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services.
