Vehicle Caps, Tonneau Covers and Accessories

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids from qualified firms to establish a term contract for the furnishing/provision of Vehicle Caps, Tonneau Covers and Accessories, to include configuration and installation services, on an 'as needed' basis to the City's General Services Department.
