HVAC Replacement - Tuolumne County Navigation Center

The Navigation Center is an interim homeless housing project that consists of two (2) buildings and can house up to twenty-five (25) people in each building. The original HVAC system was installed in 1978 and needs replacement. Recent addition of information technology systems required development of two (2) equipment rooms that need separate mini-split type climate controls systems. The proposals will be evaluated based on the total cost of the work. The County retains the right to reject any/all bids it deems unsatisfactory and to wave any deficiency in the proposal if deemed to be immaterial. Tuolumne County intends to select a contractor that meets the specifications of this solicitation based on best value to the County.
