Description
Washington County is seeking an experienced Contractor to overhaul the Community Corrections Center HVAC systems that have reached their end of life. This project will replace all dry-side HVAC equipment in the Community Corrections Center, as well as Variable Air Valve (VAV) coil kits, an expansion tank, 2 circulation pumps, wall mounted unit heaters, and a domestic water heater. It will also install new mini-splits for 2 rooms requiring additional conditioning, and upgrade the entire building to a Distech Direct Digital Controls (DDC) system.
