DISPOS-9254 - USA (Charlotte, North Carolina) - Household Hazardous Waste Collection, Disposal, and Recycling Service - Deadline July 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide household hazardous waste collection, disposal, and recycling service to the government authority located in Charlotte, NC.• The Vendor must have the capability to recover from natural, human–caused, and electronic disasters (including security compromises) that could interrupt service to the agency and the agency customers. The Vendor will detail their solution to include:a. Procedures for off–site storage of informationb. Capabilities and availability of alternate processing, communications. And operations facilitiesc. Plans for maintaining business processes, including communications with the County, the Count’s customers, and the suppliers of goods and servicesd. Estimated time to recover from disaster events, and service level expectations for business continuity following a disastere. Cost to the County, if any, for disaster recovery services.f. A documented disaster recovery and business continuity plan, including dates of disaster recovery tests and schedule for future tests(2) The contract period will be for four years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026
