(1) Vendor needs to provide recycling services to the government authority located in Richland, WA.• Collect (if elected by City), process and market materials from various City recycle collection site(s) (to include capability for 30–yard roll–off containers or curbside bins).• Provide a facility to receive recyclable material, process, and market the materials received.• Provide recycle materials collection at City–owned facilities.• Provide detailed third–party documentation that provides reasonable assurance that collected recyclable materials have been properly diverted and recycled.• Provide detailed third–party documentation to validate market rate being charged to City for secondary processing of materials to market.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
