(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial supplies to the government authority located in Troy, NY. – Multi–purpose Cleaner: green seal certified, for use as a daily general purpose, hard surface spray and wipe cleaner, a floor cleaner, carpet cleaner, carpet spotter, and carpet extraction.– Floor Stripper: non–ammoniated formula, capable of stripping to bare tile in one application. A flood rinse shall not be required. Stripper may contain butoxyethanol. Shine line emulsifier plus or equivalent.– Neutral Disinfectant: non–alkaline, quaternary formula that does not dull floor finishes. Kills HBV, HCV, and HIV and other micro–organisms, including antibiotic resistant micro–organisms.– Non–Acid Disinfectant Washroom Cleaner: Versatile cleaner for hard, non–porous surfaces.– Neutral Floor Cleaner: low foam neutral floor cleaner which cleans floors thoroughly. Non–alkaline formula shall not dull finish. No rinse needed. Green seal certified.– Low foam soap for use in scrub and recoat, mop and bucket or automatic scrubber applications.– Glass Cleaner: Cleans glass, mirrors, sinks, countertops, and stainless steel. Non streaking, non–smearing.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
