Cruise Marketing and Community Consultant

The purpose of this iRFP is to obtain services of a cruise marketing and community consultant (“Contractor”) to develop a cohesive “cruise culture” among businesses, community partners, tourism professionals and regional leadership. The selected Contractor should have a keen understanding of the nuances of homeport cruise (versus port-of-call) operations and opportunities associated with them. All services under the resulting Agreement shall not exceed $200,000.
