There are several section of concrete settling around the east, and south, entrances of the Ernie Lee Magaha Building that are not ADA compliant. As a result of this, the County needs to replace, or repair, these sections and rehabilitate others to prevent future settling. The Ernie Lee Magaha Building is located at 221 Palafox Place, Pensacola, Florida. A pre-quote meeting will be held on-site at 221 Palafox Place, Monday, March 31, 2025 at 10:00 am, in front of the south entrance facing Government Street.
