Job Order Contract (JOC) for Mechanical Construction Services

Description
The County of Santa Cruz invites sealed proposals from fully licensed (C-20 License), insured, bonded, certified CONTRACTORS to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals required to provide Job Order Contracting Services. CONTRACT OVERVIEW: The County intends to award up to two (2) Job Order Contracts for Mechanical Construction (C-20 License). The Term of the Contract is one year. All Job Orders issued during any term of this Contract shall be valid and in effect notwithstanding that the Detailed Scope of Work may be performed, payments may be made, and the guarantee period may continue, after such period has expired. All terms and conditions of the Contract apply to each Job Order. There will be no Minimum Contract Value for each Contract awarded. The Contractor is not guaranteed to receive a Minimum Contract Value. The Maximum Contract Value for each Contract is $6,023,368. The Contractor may be issued Job Orders up to the Maximum Contract Value.
