RFP 8689-0-2021/AB Norfolk Animal Care Center Veterinarian Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to obtain a contract with a licensed veterinarian to provide veterinarian services for the population of animals sheltered at the Norfolk Animal Care Center (“NACC”). Specific services include Wellness/ Care services and non-sterilization surgeries and Spay/Neuter Surgery Services. It is the City of Norfolk’s (the ”City”) strong preference to award the services outlined in this solicitation to one Contractor; however, the City reserves the right to award contracts to two Contractors, one for Wellness/Care Services and non-sterilization surgeries ( “Lot 1”) and one for Spay/Neuter Surgery Services (“ Lot 2”). Offerors are invited to submit proposals for Lot 1, Lot 2 or for both Lot 1 and Lot 2.
