Description
The City Library IT Department is seeking qualified and certified e-rate vendors to provide, install, and configure a new wireless access point (AP) infrastructure across its 11 branch locations and the Library Headquarters. This project includes replacing 89 existing indor UniFi access points, including 1 outdoor-capable units, with new, manufacturer-supported equipment. The selected vendor will be responsible for the complete deployment process, including removal of existing equipment, installation of new APs, labeling, cabling, configuration, and post-installation verification to ensure reliable, high-performance wireless coverage for both library staff and patrons. This project supports City Library's commitment to providing secure, fast, and consistent wireless access across all locations while complying with E-Rate program requirements. Vendors must demonstrate public-sector experience, technical competence, and the ability to deliver cost-effective solutions with strong warranty and support services.
