This initiative supports the City's goal to expand broadband access by providing residents and visitors with reliable, no-cost wireless internet service in key outdoor community spaces.</p><p data-end=\"1117\" data-start=\"895\">The selected contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, permitting, inspections, and services necessary to deliver a complete, operational, code-compliant Wi-Fi system, including but not limited to:</p><ul data-end=\"1982\" data-start=\"1119\"><li data-end=\"1220\" data-start=\"1119\"><p data-end=\"1220\" data-start=\"1121\">Procurement and supply of all equipment per the City&rsquo;s Bill of Materials and design drawings.</p></li><li data-end=\"1384\" data-start=\"1221\"><p data-end=\"1384\" data-start=\"1223\">Installation of Wi-Fi access points, backhaul radios, switches, enclosures, and mounting hardware on streetlight poles, utility poles, and park structures.</p></li><li data-end=\"1605\" data-start=\"1385\"><p data-end=\"1605\" data-start=\"1387\">All electrical work required to power equipment, including trenching, conduit, wiring, connections to existing power sources, panel upgrades, metered service installations, grounding, permitting, and inspections.</p></li><li data-end=\"1681\" data-start=\"1606\"><p data-end=\"1681\" data-start=\"1608\">Configuration, testing, and commissioning of all network equipment.</p></li><li data-end=\"1744\" data-start=\"1682\"><p data-end=\"1744\" data-start=\"1684\">Delivery of final as-built drawings and documentation.</p></li><li data-end=\"1787\" data-start=\"1745\"><p data-end=\"1787\" data-start=\"1747\">In-person training for City staff.</p></li><li data-end=\"1982\" data-start=\"1788\"><p data-end=\"1982\" data-start=\"1790\">Five (5) years of comprehensive maintenance and support, including OEM warranty coverage, firmware and security updates, 24/7 technical support, and inventory/asset management reporting.</p></li></ul><p data-end=\"2178\" data-start=\"1984\">Bidders shall provide one all-inclusive lump sum bid covering all aspects of procurement, installation, electrical work, configuration, training, and five-year maintenance and support.</p>",
