ESTATE-11647 - USA (Concord, New Hampshire) - RFI for Warehouse Space Services - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide warehouse space services to the government authority located in Concord, NH.– Approximately 30,000–36,000 square feet of open space per Department’s specifications including clear height of at least 20 feet, and a minimum of two (2) loading docks.– Real estate taxes, insurance, janitorial services, building and site maintenance services.– Warehouse space must be ground level and include a minimum of two (2) loading docks with available loading zone.– Provide adequate on–site parking at no charge (included in proposed rates) and must, at minimum, include ten (10) exterior spaces for automobile vehicles, as well as approximately five (5) to ten (10) appropriately sized and accessible spaces for the parking and staging of emergency service trailers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 01, 2026.
