(1) Vendor needs to provide professional design services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.• Provide safe, controlled public access to natural areas without degrading habitat or water resources• Enhance avian observation opportunities while minimizing disturbance• Ensure flood–resilient and environmentally compatible design• Integrate project with existing trail systems• Develop construction–ready documents suitable for public bidding• The selected Proposer shall provide a complete range of services necessary to deliver fully permitted, bid–ready construction documents, including but not limited to:a) Existing Conditions & Site Assessment• Topographic and boundary survey• Hydrologic and geomorphic mapping (river, floodplain, groundwater, springheads)• Utility identification and coordination• Site constraints mapping (environmental and regulatory)b) Geotechnical Engineering• Subsurface investigation (borings/test pits)• Soil classification and engineering analysis• Groundwater level evaluation• Foundation recommendations for:o Observation towero Boardwalks and trails• Conceptual Design• Development of multiple design alternatives capable of accommodating 15–25 people for:o Tower location, height, and orientationo Trail alignments and bird loop systems• Evaluation of environmental impacts for each alternative(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 22, 2026
