(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health services for multisystemic therapy to the government authority located in San Luis Obispo, CA.– Mental health services for youth clients who are involved in, or are at risk of being involved in, the juvenile justice, child welfare, and/or behavioural health systems.– Shall provide Multisystemic Therapy (MST), an intensive, evidence–based, family– and community–focused treatment model designed to address serious externalizing, antisocial, and/or delinquent behaviours in youth between 12–17 years of age and at risk of system consequences.• Comprehensive assessment of youth, family, and environmental factorsFamily therapy to improve communication, parenting skills, and supervision• Crisis intervention and safety planning• Coordination with schools, probation officers, and other stakeholders• Develop and implement discharge plans with families(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
