(1) Vendor needs to provide skilled nursing facility replacement services include coordination with the Owner, stakeholders, permitting agencies, and the separately procured General Contractor and Construction Manager (GC/CM) throughout the design and construction phases to the government authority located in Olympia, WA.– Complete architectural, engineering, and associated professional services from project initiation through completion of construction, including programming validation, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting support, bidding support as required, construction administration, and project closeout.– The project also includes comprehensive site development associated with the new campus. Site improvements are anticipated to include resident courtyards, therapeutic gardens, walking paths, parking, pedestrian circulation, service access, emergency vehicle access, utility infrastructure, stormwater management, exterior lighting, landscaping, irrigation, security systems, and associated civil improvements.
