– Vendor needs to provide auditorium audio visual system to the government authority located in Middletown, PA.– A direct–view LED display system with a maximum pixel pitch of 1.5 mm, minimum display size of approximately 163 inches diagonally and maximum display size of approximately 180 inches diagonally, inclusive of all required processing, controllers, and input/output interfaces necessary to support system.– The system shall provide a fully operational, reliable, and user–ready audio–visual solution upon completion of installation, testing, and training.– Program audio and microphone reinforcement shall be independently controllable and routable.– Integrated mounting provisions for A/V equipment.– Audio and Video (A/V) equipment.– The podium with all equipment located in the podium base.– Projector with mount for presenter confidence display.– All associated A/V cabling.
