AUDIO-VISUAL SYSTEMS IN THE SODA FOUNTAIN PAVILION

This Contract is for the upgrade and installation of the Audio-Visual Systems in the Soda Fountain Pavilion inside Irvine Regional Park. Contractor shall furnish all staffing, labor, equipment, and incidentals required for Installation of Audio-Visual Systems. Services shall be provided on an as-needed basis as required by County. This project will be a comprehensive upgrade and replacement of the current equipment and their capabilities. This is to include the audio video projector & screen, the audio systems speakers & sound controls, the wiring infrastructure, the sources and controls, a lockable configuration rack, a wireless in-wall control panel, and all setup & configurations for each component. A list of products is provided in this document and needs to be sourced out as the items listed. If there is a need to change the item that is listed, it will need to be discussed and change out to a product equal to or a superior product.
