Mayo Media has supported FDLRS for over ten years and developed its Branding Guide and many statewide marketing materials. Continuing these services will maintain consistent branding and messaging while avoiding transition costs, delays, and disruption. Term (Years): Three years, with two optional one-year renewals. Vendor: Mayo Media Justification: Mayo Media developed and maintains the FDLRS Branding Guide and most of the Network’s existing marketing assets. Its extensive knowledge of FDLRS programs, messaging, branding standards, and historical materials enables it to provide ongoing services efficiently and consistently, without the delays, added costs, or potential loss of continuity associated with changing vendors.
