The County of Sacramento, Architectural Services of Facility and Property Services is requesting qualification from Job Order Contracting solutions companies for the purpose of providing performance-based construction procurement solutions to help Sacramento County engage local contractors and accelerate high priority projects for the County's Job Order Contracting (JOC) Program. The JOC program services a wide variety of county facilities and infrastructure including detention/correctional facilities, administration buildings, airports, medical facilities, storm drainage, transportation, and parks and recreation facilities.
