Request for Qualifications for Roofing Consultant Firm(s) for Continuing Contract (CCNA)

The City of Lakeland Public Works – Facilities Maintenance Division is requesting qualifications from Roofing Consultant Firm(s) registered and licensed in the State of Florida, to perform services based on the department needs, in accordance with Florida Statute 287.055 Florida Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). City of Lakeland may award multiple contracts as result of this solicitation; the terms for this continuing contract will be for three (3) years with a possibility of two (2) one (1) year renewal options. Qualified firm(s) should have at least ten (10) years of professional experience, have worked with other municipalities of similar size as Lakeland, should have extensive experience in roof assessment, inspection, evaluation, design, budget development, and development and administration of web-based online geographic information system (GIS) based Roof Management Program.
