Vendor needs to provide professional cleaning services of fire and smoke damage to the government authority located in Oakland, IL.– Remove fire and smoke damage in the interior and exterior of the concession building– Conduct a full walk through with agency staff of the concession building– remove all fire related residues, including soot, ash, char and other fire related debris on the interior and exterior of the building.– install HEPA air scrubbers for continuous air filtration during work.   – remove all fire–damaged debris, charred materials, and loose soot.– remove all drywall and insulation.– Clean all affected building components including but not limited toa.
