Description

The City of Hollywood, Florida (City) is seeking responses from qualified and experienced firms, hereinafter referred to as the Vendor, Contractor or Proposer, to provide 'Purpose and related services to promote public safety within school zones and pursuant to Florida Statutes, Chapter 316.1896 (See attached as Exhibit A). This System must be exclusively violator-funded. All installation, maintenance, calibration, administration, and regulatory compliance costs are the responsibility of the Vendor. Qualified Proposers must furnish the equipment and perform the installation, maintenance, and repair services of the speed enforcement systems in full accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The vendor is responsible for ensuring that the program meets and maintains compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
