The City of Orlando, Florida (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced providers of School Zone Speed Detection Systems (hereinafter referred to as the “Proposers”), to provide speed detection systems (“Speed Detection Systems”) for approaches at City designated school zone locations. The selected Proposer (“Contractor”) will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, operation, and repair of the systems, and for providing the related software and services, as set forth below in this solicitation.
