Design Services for Collin County Animal Shelter Adoption Center

Offerors will show the ability to Design and provide Construction Administration to build a one-story Animal Shelter Adoption Facility of approximately 10,000 square feet. In addition, the firm will evaluate approximately three locations for the site of the building. The County’s intent is that selected firm will provide a price for design and construction phase services of the building where the general contractor will be awarded by a separate contract in a Construction Manager-at-Risk delivery format (local government code 2269 §§251-258). The County reserves the right to select another construction delivery method as is in the best interest of the County.
