(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based electronic warrant solutions.– A comprehensive electronic warrant software solution that aligns with agency existing process while streamlining and modernizing the lifecycle of the warrant process.– A web–based platform with 24/7 system availability and support while providing autosave features to preserve user work in the event of lost connectivity.– Employs a cloud–based architecture to support scalability and reliability.– Provides end–to–end encryption for data in–transit and at–rest.– A solution that supports secure in–application messaging, voice, and video communications when needed for the warrant review and clarification process.– A solution that allows updates to existing warrant templates and the addition of new warrant templates within the eMagistrate system.– The eMagistrate solution is a software solution– A solution that provides versatile electronic signature features for the court and other partnering agencies. (2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026
