Annual Lot Cleaning & Clearing Services for Privately Owned Properties

The City of Lakeland is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced mowing contractor to furnish all required tools, equipment, materials, supplies, labor and supervision necessary for performing the requested maintenance at various lots as specified by the Code Enforcement Division. Any firm or individual responding to the Request for Proposal for Annual L ot Cleaning and Clearing Services for Privately Owned Properties agrees to abide by these specifications in their entirety. The work to be done in this Contract is for properties found in violation of Chapters 46 and/or 86 of the Code of the City of Lakeland. The contract period shall be valid from issuance of purchase order, through September 30, 2026, and upon mutual consent of the City and Contractor, may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
