(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial and grounds maintenance services to the government authority located in Wailuku, HI. – Restrooms all restrooms are to be cleaned once a day.– Locker rooms daily sweeping and mopping of floors. Daily cleaning of– Urinals, toilets, sinks and mirrors.– General office areas spot clean daily, removal of trash. Sweep and mop.– Complete cleaning 1x/month.– Cleaning and blowing of sidewalk around police station. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
