The purpose of this contract is to supply the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, herein referred to as the “NEORSD,” with vegetation management, landscaping, grass cutting, weed control, and other specified grounds maintenance services at 145 NEORSD sites. The following bid groups are included in this contract (site maps are provided): Bid Group 1 - George J. McMonagle Administrative Building (GJM); Environmental & Maintenance Services Center (EMSC) and Southerly; Bid Group 2 - Outlying Facilities – Central; Bid Group 3 - Outlying Facilities – West; Bid Group 4 - Outlying Facilities – East.
