CCWRP Photovoltaic System Improvement Project - Conceptual Design

The City of Pacifica (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to provide the services listed in the Scope of Work. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Proposals are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). This is not a bid for construction services. The City of Pacific installed solar panels at the Calera Creek Water Recycling Plant in 2006. The CCWRP Photovoltaic System Improvement Project will replace Arrays 1, 2 and 3 with modern panels, inverters all all supporting equipment to provide a complete photovoltaic solar power system. This RFP is for services to provide 10% design documents and a performance specification for a complete photovoltaic solar system. These deliverables will be included as bridging documents in a future design-build procurement.
