It is the intention of Darlington County School District to select a single contractor to provide expertise to the District in Pre-Construction Phase Services and Construction Phase Services ("CM at Risk") for a New Hartsville High School (Project A), New Darlington Elementary School (Project B), New Lamar Spaulding Middle School (Project C) and Other Capital Projects (Project D).
