Construction Manager at Risk: New K-8 Elementary School #9

The Buckeye Elementary School District is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and construction services to build a new K-8 elementary school in Buckeye, Arizona. A Contract for pre-construction services, and subsequent construction services, will be awarded to a single firm. This project will be contingent upon the successful passing of a Bond and/or award of SFB New School Facilities funding and the District securing any additional financing needed. This Request for Qualifications shall not commit the District to enter into any agreement(s), to pay any expenses incurred in preparation of any response to this request, or to procure or contract for any supplies, goods or services. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses received as a result of this RFQ in whole or in part if deemed advantageous to the District.
