Description

Die Stadtwerke Wetzikon beabsichtigen den Ersatz ihres bestehenden Systems durch ein zukunftsfähiges, leistungsstarkes Geoinformationssystem (GIS). Der Beschaffungsgegenstand umfasst die Lieferung, Konfiguration und produktive Einführung einer standardnahen Software zur Verwaltung und Analyse der städtischen Versorgungsnetze. Hierbei müssen die Fachschalen für Elektrizität, Wasser, Gas und Fernwärme sowie eine WebGIS-Komponente vollständig integriert und die bestehenden Daten verlustfrei migriert werden. Die Bereitstellung der GIS-Lösung erfolgt als Cloud-Infrastruktur im Rahmen eines Software-as-a-Service-Modells (SaaS) mit einem angemessenen Datenschutzniveau. Neben der Einführung inklusive Schulung und Dokumentation sind auch der technische Betrieb, die kontinuierliche Wartung sowie der Support für die Administratoren im Leistungsumfang enthalten. Der Vertrag sieht eine feste Grundlaufzeit von fünf Jahren für die Betriebsphase vor und beinhaltet eine optionale Verlängerung um weitere fünf Jahre.
