EXTRA-72252 - USA (Falls Church, Virginia) - Affordable Housing Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide affordable housing services to the government authority located in Falls Church, VA.         – Provide committed affordable housing units representing a strategic opportunity for preservation, redevelopment, repositioning, or potential public–private partnership opportunities consistent with the vision of preserving and expanding committed affordable housing.– Include a resident services strategy for the affordable housing residents that addresses any known resident programming proposed to be included onsite, including proposed service.– Providing economic sustainability, enriched amenities for residents and visitors, and creating opportunities to welcome new residents.– Resident services strategy.– Long term outlook for project financial viability.– Financing strategy.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.           (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 20, 2026.
