The Town of Berlin is seeking written statements of qualifications and proposals, respectively, from qualified firms to provide architectural and engineering services, including full plans and specifications, construction documents, bid documents, assistance with the contractor bidding and contractor selection process, and to provide construction administration services related to improvements to the building at 362 Main Street, Berlin, CT that is used as a site for the Central Connecticut Transition Academy operated by the Berlin and Cromwell Boards of Education.
