'School District Name is in 'What County is the project in? County serving our K-12 Community and surround communities from the Navajo Nation. This will be funded by the Division of School Facilities and all that that entails. This is a permitted project that includes HVAC, with major structural repairs and asbestos abatement at the "pool house" building; as well as the roofing and weatherization campus-wide. The prebid could take four hours on an occupied campus. This project requires a full-time site superintendent with significant experience. As a result, the prebid is schedule for 6:30AM and it is MANDATORY. You are advised to bring your major subcontractors with you as this is the only visit to the campus.
