'School District Name is in 'What County is the project in? County serving our K-12 Community. This project is for extensive Weatherization of six (6) buildings at Fort Thomas High School as shown in drawings. The buildings range in age from 1925 to 2003. The type of work as detailed will include the following: 1) general preparation, 2) sub-grade damp proofing, 3) verify underground connections, 4) masonry removal/replacement, 5) masonry repair, 6) soffit work, 7) stucco work, 8) sealing of windows, and 9) other work as detailed in Project Manual and Drawings. Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) testing has been done and the report is included Project Manual. This Project will be funded by the Division of School Facilities, and also Federal funds that will require Davis-Bacon Act and other compliance.
