Audio Visual Equipment Purchase and Installation

The San Mateo County Sherriff’s office is solicitating proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Design/Install Audio/Visual contracting services to Design, Engineer, Furnish, Program and Install supporting AV Systems in the new Sheriff’s Head Quarters located at 330 Bradford Street, Redwood, CA. Services provided by the selected contractor shall also include: Existing facilities review, survey, and documentation Schematic and Design Development with Owner Stakeholders to create approved systems design for installation. Services shall be inclusive of labor, materials, equipment, management, coordination, travel, and other requirements for complete and thorough work. The ability of firms submitting proposals shall include design/install engineering and construction services that cover the full spectrum (“cradle-to-grave”) of a project, including design & engineered documents, drawings, plans & specifications, support and/or recommendations pertaining to preliminary studies and programming; due diligence; data gathering and analysis; design input and review; cost estimating; construction procurement, installation, delivery and means-and-methods; permit requirements if required and approval process(es); project schedule oversight. The Proposer shall design and install a Audio/Visual control system according to the design requirements as coordinated and determined by the San Mateo County’s Sheriff’s Office.
