(1) Vendor needs to provide interior renovation project services to the government authority located in Charleston, WV.– Provide programming and comprehensive, full–service architectural and engineering design, including construction administration, for the interior renovation.– The project will be delivered in multiple phases within a partially occupied building and will include, at a minimum, design services for the architectural, mechanical, electrical,plumbing, and fire protection disciplines. – The project scope also incorporates hazardous material abatement as well as construction administration efforts.
