23A2, Yellow Springs Elementary School Replacement Design - Letter of Interest Request

General work description: Letters of Interest Requests - Frederick County Public Schools is soliciting architectural design services for the replacement of Yellow Springs Elementary School (ES), currently located at 8717 Yellow Springs Road, Frederick, MD 21702. The replacement building will be constructed on a future school site owned by FCPS located at the end of Spring Run Circle, east of the intersection of Walter Martz Road and Christopher’s Crossing. The future site is also expected to have a middle school building when additional middle school capacity is needed. Students currently attending Yellow Spring ES will remain in the existing building while the replacement building is constructed. Following construction of the new building, the old Yellow Springs ES building will be demolished as part of this project.
