Net Zero Design Services for Replacement of Woodville Elementary School

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract through competitive negotiation with an architectural or engineering firm (A/E) to provide professional design services and construction administration for replacement of the existing Woodville Elementary School with a Net Zero Energy facility. The services will be provided for the School Board of the City of Richmond (School Board), a public body within the Commonwealth of Virginia. The School Board of the City of Richmond does not discriminate against faith-based organizations in accordance with the Code of Virginia, § 2.24343.1 or against a bidder or offeror because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other basis prohibited by state law relating to discrimination in employment in the performance of its procurement activity .
