Description
The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title . Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. WSSC Water is soliciting proposals for a competitively awarded, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and requirements contract to provide comprehensive water and sewer main services. The scope includes replacement, rehabilitation, relocation, and emergency repair of water and sewer mains located in Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties, Maryland. This is a requirements contract as defined by the WSSC Procurement Regulations. While WSSC does not guarantee a minimum volume of work, all services of the type covered under this contract will be procured through this agreement unless otherwise specified. The contract will have an estimated not-to-exceed value of $140 million, structured as a two-year base period with two optional two-year extensions. To ensure sufficient capacity, competitive pricing, and responsiveness for both planned and emergency needs, WSSC anticipates making multiple awards under this solicitation. Work will be assigned through Task Orders on an as-needed basis.
