On-Call HVAC Repairs and Services

The purpose of this solicitation is to competitively obtain bids to acquire supplies, services or equipment which complies with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions for Richland School District Two for the following project: 'Project Title , 'Project ID . Contractor shall be placed on a Qualified Provider List (QPL) as pre-approved sources of supply, however there is no guarantee of any work following contract award. The term of this service shall be for one year beginning in October 2022 and ending September 30, 2023. There will be an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Pricing shall be firm for the initial term and any subsequent years. Fixed Priced Bidding Information Any pricing provided by Contractor shall include all costs for performing the work associated with that price. Except as otherwise provided in this solicitation, contractor's price shall be fixed for the duration of this contract, including option terms. This clause does not prohibit contractor from offering lower pricing after award.
