Progressive Design-Build Construction Services for Sidewalk Improvements

This Project is intended to fill in sidewalk gaps in areas of need throughout the City of Raleigh. The City is undertaking this Project under the authority of NC G.S. 143-128.1A, which permits the use of the design-build construction delivery method. A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on June 9, 2026, from 2:00-3:00 PM, at the Advance Auto Parts Tower, 10th Floor, 4200 Six Forks Rd., Raleigh 27609.
