Description
The Sheriff's Department is soliciting bids from qualified General Contractors who can provide design-build construction services. The scope of the project includes design and construction of tenant improvements at 686 & 690 Broadway St in Redwood City. 690 Broadway will require tenant improvements to be used as office space and 686 Broadway will require completely new improvements bo convert the vacant space into a new Childare Care center that will include an outdoor play area to be built in a portion of the parking lot.
