(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive transfer station evaluation study services to the government authority located in Riverside, CA.– Provide the City with a comprehensive evaluation of long–term transfer station options, including related cost, operational, and revenue considerations, to support an informed decision on future service arrangements– Study is for the consultant to:• Evaluate the full range of transfer station options.• Identify key selection criteria and decision factors.• Assess opportunities to reduce costs.• Provide clear, actionable recommendations.• Determine whether to extend the current contract or proceed with a competitive procurement process(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
