Description
The City of Santa Monica, (referred to hereafter as “the City”) is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms interested in providing design services for the renovation of an existing prep kitchen, office, and storage space to accommodate an entirely electric kitchen for the Virginia Avenue Park Commercial Kitchen project ("Project"). The initial term of this agreement would be one year, with one option for renewal of one year, to be exercised at the City’s sole discretion.
