Description
The City of Santa Monica (the "City”) is soliciting unarmed security guard services for the Santa Monica Downtown City Parking Structures 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, Ken Edwards Center, Library, and the Civic Structure. The City is interested in a five (5) year contract to be exercised in the City's sole discretion. The elected contractor shall provide and administer complete professional services as specifically described in this document, maintain continuing cooperation with City personnel, law enforcement agencies and other emergency responders.
